Refund and Support Policy

Our products are digital and available for download. Once a product has been accessed by the purchaser, refunds are not typically granted unless there are significant defects within the software that cannot be addressed through our support team.

Refund requests are considered only 

If the product is technically flawed the customer can seek assistance from our support service.In such cases, we will make every effort to resolve any reported issues within thirty days. If a defect related specifically to the purchased module is confirmed, we will either fix the issue at no cost or, if unable to do so within the specified timeframe, offer a refund for the product.

Our modules are designed to function as outlined in their descriptions, provided they are installed on a clean version of the specified platform and paired with its default theme. If a purchased module does not work as expected, customers must notify us within the warranty period selected at the time of purchase, supplying their order number and a detailed explanation of the issue. Our team will investigate and work to resolve the matter.

Due to the wide variety of theme developers and coding practices, we cannot guarantee flawless compatibility of our products  with every available theme. 

If you experience any compatibility challenges between your theme and one of our modules, contact our team with your order details and a clear explanation of the issue. We will evaluate the situation, and if the problem is due to our module, we will work to resolve it. However, if the issue arises from the theme failing to adhere to platform standards, we cannot provide a refund.

Refunds, if issued, are processed exclusively with the same method as the initial purchase..
