The use of our website implies the full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Use, which concern all of its content. At the same time, we reserve the right to modify and adapt these Terms of Use at any time and without notice. The changes in question come into force upon their publication on our website. The Prestaville website aims to provide information and sell products to visitors/users of the website. Prestaville always acts in good faith and within the framework of what is provided by law and these General Terms and Conditions. Therefore, it has taken and continues to take all necessary technical or other measures and makes every effort to ensure that (a) our website operates uninterruptedly and properly without problems, interruptions, delays, errors or mistakes, (b) the technology it uses or the servers through which our services are made available to Users and does not contain viruses or other harmful components, however, it does not provide relevant guarantees for all of the above.

4. Purchase process.

The products you wish to purchase must be selected and added to the shopping cart by clicking on the corresponding icon.

To make a purchase, the user's personal information will be requested and entered into our database in order to process the order and facilitate new purchases on our platform. The personal information provided will be processed in accordance with the Prestaville Privacy Policy. The user will have access, at any time, to their personal information and the information of all your orders. Prestaville reminds users that personal information must be entered as accurately as possible to avoid confusion or problems during the shipment of the purchased product(s).

Prestaville provides you with the ability to purchase without creating an account, but by providing the necessary personal information and information for the shipment of the purchased product(s).

After completing the purchase order, and before completing the order, a summary will be displayed with the details of the product purchased, its total value and shipping details, so that the user can confirm the order.

Purchases will be paid for by credit or debit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard) and via bank deposit. In case the user chooses to pay by credit or debit card, the charge will be made online, that is, in real time, through the payment gateway of the respective bank, after confirming that the details entered are correct.

For payments via deposit, customers will be given the account number into which they must deposit the money. In the deposit details, the customer must indicate the order number and their full name. The order will not be accepted until the receipt of the deposit is confirmed.

Failure to receive the email may be due to a temporary problem with network communication or an error in typing the email address you provided. 5. Terms and Conditions of Withdrawal

If the product is technically defective, the customer may request assistance from our support service. In such cases, we will make every effort to resolve any reported issues within thirty days. If a defect is confirmed that is specifically related to the module you purchased, we will either fix the problem free of charge or, if we are unable to do so within the specified timeframe, we will offer a refund for the product.

Our modules are designed to function as described in their descriptions, provided that they are installed on a clean version of the specified platform and have been combined with its default theme. If a module you purchased does not function as expected, customers must notify us within the warranty period selected at the time of purchase, providing their order number and a detailed explanation of the issue. Our team will investigate and work to resolve the issue.

Due to the wide variety of theme developers and coding practices, we cannot guarantee that our products will be perfectly compatible with every theme available.

If you are experiencing any compatibility challenges between your theme and one of our modules, please contact our team with your order details and a clear explanation of the issue. We will assess the situation and if the issue is due to our module, we will work to resolve it. However, if the issue is due to the theme not complying with platform standards, we are unable to provide refunds.

Refunds, if issued, will be processed exclusively using the same method as the original purchase.

6. Social Media

Visitors and Members may follow Prestaville through our Social Media pages to learn about us, comment and participate in special promotions. Any products or services offered by Prestaville through Social Media and all information shared, submitted or offered by us through our Social Media accounts shall be subject to these General Terms.

7. Final Terms

These General Terms constitute the final and sole terms in force with respect to the provision of services by Prestaville to the user/consumer and supersede any prior terms, prior agreements and arrangements, written or oral, between Prestaville and the user with respect to the use of the Service.

Any failure by Prestaville to promptly exercise any right arising from the law or from these terms against any third party shall in no case imply tacit inaction, change of the right, consent, non-objection or tacit waiver and it is left to Prestaville's absolute discretion to exercise any right in part or in whole when and if it deems appropriate.

8. Invalidity of Terms

In the event that any part of this is declared or determined by a court decision to be invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining part of this, which shall remain valid as if these General Terms had been executed with the invalid part deleted. Any invalidity or nullity of one or more of the terms of this for any other reason shall in no way affect the validity of the remainder. Prestaville will seek to replace any invalid term with a new valid term, the effect of which will be the closest equivalent of the one that was invalidated.

9. Applicable Law – Jurisdiction

Any dispute between the parties regarding the application, interpretation, invalidity of the terms of the contract, the existence or non-existence of rights and obligations of the parties under contract or tort, shall be interpreted in accordance with Greek law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, to whose jurisdiction the parties hereby voluntarily submit.

10. Acceptable Use Policy of the Services

Consumers/users of our services must use the platform in accordance with the General Terms, and applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with good faith and good morals.

The above persons are prohibited from:

• publish or transmit content that is inappropriate, unlawful, abusive, harmful, threatening, offensive, libelous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, blasphemous, and in any way contrary to good morals, constitutes a violation of another's privacy, is confidential, shows empathy, may cause annoyance, inconvenience or unnecessary anxiety to third parties, violates copyrights or other proprietary rights of third parties, is used to collect or store personal data of others, or violates in any way the law or the Terms of Use, contains software viruses or any other codes, files or programs designed to interrupt, damage, hinder the operation or destroy any software, equipment or computer hardware, or is considered inappropriate in the sole discretion of Prestaville.

• any form of Software piracy, hacking and/or data theft (including personal data) and information.

• any use of the platform in any way, which, regardless of intent (malicious or negligent), could cause it to malfunction.

• any action that may affect the ability of other users to use the platform, or to circumvent the rights of other users, such as personal data, etc.

• any copying, distribution, transfer, processing of our products, described herein.
